Our objective in redesigning the website was to create a better online experience for our members as they search for information about our products and services, and as they conduct their online banking. The target audience was our entire membership, 86,679 at the time of release, since we have members of all ages connecting with us via our website.
We further broke down the target audience into online banking users. This included 31,539 members at the time we released the new website.
