We merged with International Airline Employees Federal Credit Union (IAEFCU), which offered a comprehensive range of products and services, including Visa rewards, mobile apps, and relationship-priced products.

In fact, IAEFCU offered benefits that SkyOne didn't have, such as debit card rewards, and a more attractive Visa credit card rewards program. This presented a special challenge in our merger communications.

The target audience was IAEFCU members.
