Maine Credit Union League

The objective of our Maine Credit Unions Statewide Awareness Campaign is to increase awareness of the overall credit union industry in Maine and demonstrate how credit unions are focused on their members' needs, with the message "Maine Credit Unions Are Here For You." We chose to achieve this goal through highlighting real Maine credit union member stories.

In marketing campaigns, the greatest impact is achieved when the audience can relate to the person delivering the message. When the audience feels a connection, the impact of the message resonates on a deeper level. It is for this reason that we chose to use the actual members themselves, and not paid actors or stock footage to tell these genuine member stories.

Our measurable goal for the year was to have one million impressions between television, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook with a minimum 50% online viewing completion rate.
