GTE Financial develops in-house solutions for members to provide a unique, innovative, and highly enhanced banking experience. With the launch of 'Instantly Easy,' we boost member value by providing virtual product tutorials, including step-by-step instructions on the mobile app's features. These tutorials, available in English and Spanish, show members how to seamlessly use GTE's Mobile app's innovative features like virtual card replacement, add-to-wallet, mobile deposit, Bill Pay, Zelle, one-time passcode, and pay with points, Travel alerts and ATM locator.

Our virtual product tutorials aim to highlight the simple and 'instantly easy' features available for GTE members. At GTE, we provide innovative and seamless banking. The tutorials help members get the most value from their banking experience with us. In 2021 alone, GTE replaced thousands of cards through our mobile app and doubled our mobile wallet users. We know how important features like these are and want to ensure all our members are aware of them. Radio, TV, and billboard ad campaigns helped promote the tutorials as well as a heavy push on social media and press.

The virtual product tutorials target both new and current members of GTE who utilize GTE's 4.9-rated mobile app for everyday transactions. Our mobile app has over 50,000 downloads. Our target audience also includes our 51,955 social media followers and 741 YouTube subscribers.
