UFirst Credit Union

Our rebrand from University Federal Credit Union to UFirst Credit Union was the catalyst for a complete redesign of our website. We wanted our website to reflect the look and feel of our new brand and give our members the best online experience possible. In addition, we wanted the ability to present services and products with better clarity and greater control of both the content and the speed at which we were able to adjust our website.

We have nearly 130,000 members with the majority interacting with us online. It is imperative that we provide an avenue for our members to learn more about our products and services, apply for loans, access online banking, and find the most up-to-date financial information. To achieve this, we worked with a hosting company specialized in assisting credit unions, multiple vendors to optimize contact forms and chat opportunities, and our own team of marketing professions to plan and execute the perfect site. After months of planning, testing and toiling, we launched a fully redesigned, fully rebuilt website equip to facilitate the financial needs of our entire membership and beyond.
