Financial Center First Credit Union
The objective of the Lovemyrefi microsite was to draw non-members directly to Financial Center’s automobile refinancing offer as promoted in the greater Indianapolis marketplace. Because Financial Center’s main website is very member-focused, this new microsite was created in order to focus on prospective members. Targeting a younger demographic, and in order to provide the best user experience, the microsite was mobile-friendly (our main website is currently not).
Target Audience:
Financial Center targeted members and non-members age 25-40, who would likely be paying on a used auto, living within three miles of its eight Centers.
