Financial Center First Credit Union
The 2% cash back program was created to help increase Financial Center’s direct auto loan production and create primary financial institution relationships while also attracting those looking to change banks. In order to achieve these objectives, the Credit Union created a 2% cash back incentive program – 1% for the auto refinance (also honored for direct auto purchases) and 1% for adding a new checking account with direct deposit. In a market where rate reigns, this was a way for Financial Center to standout among other financial institutions.
Target Audience:
Financial Center targeted members and non-members age 25-40, who would likely be paying on a used auto, living within three miles of its eight Centers.
