Project objectives were to create an eye-catching, unique, personalized DM that would entice non-members to open the mailer and take action. Additionally, the DM will build awareness of Ent, support the value proposition of being Colorado’s leading financial institution and why they should select Ent as their FI.
The DM must clearly communicate that they have already been approved for the loan, the process is simple to accept the offer and to illustrate what a personal loan can be used for.
Target audience is 30-40 market. This market was chosen because these zip codes normally accept Ent’s prequalified loan offers at a higher rate than other zip codes. Recipients have easy access to an Ent Service Center, so should be very familiar with the name Ent, even though they haven’t chosen Ent as their financial institution of choice.
Ent offers membership to all who live, work, worship or attend school in:
- Arapahoe, Denver, Douglas, El Paso, Fremont, Jefferson, Pueblo and Teller counties.
- The communities of Firestone, Frederick, Dacono, Ft. Lupton, Mead and Erie in Weld county.
- In addition, membership is open to civilian and military personnel of the Colorado Air National Guard, Colorado Army National Guard and those associated with Buckley Air Force Base in Aurora, Colorado.
- Family members of Ent members are also eligible to join.
