Leaders Credit Union partnered with Weber Marketing Group to rebranding the organization with the express intent to help them achieve clarity around their brand, target audiences, identity, and markets. This included having a clearly defined and articulated set of messages with a brand that is unique and distinct from the competition. Key to the brand is the ability to deliver a consistent member experience and to do this requires having a unified alignment for processes, systems, and operations.
Our target audience is 26-53; spanning unique member needs based on lifestyle. This diverse group wants and needs advice for money management; appreciates value, is deliberate in their spending and is looking for convenience in their lives.
Our target audience needs a financial champion in their corner that will put their needs first and foremost.
