Our objective was to leverage our member data to automate marketing. We wanted to look smart and
deliver highly relevant offers at the right moment.
We also wanted to use the cost-saving channel of email, but make it better. We wanted to use the
small, tiny minutia that we know about our members to craft targeted and pertinent communication.
We call it me-mail.
Our members are fast paced and technologically savvy. They are accustomed to marketing offers
that make sense and we wanted to play in that space because by embracing the micromoments in
our members lives, we remain top of mind and smart. When our member is in the market for a new
car, we want to be on the menu.
