Gesa Credit Union
Last February 2016, we went through our past Facebook posts and found 10 members that deserved a special treat in the mail. Why? Because we #LoveOurMembers and wanted to give back to them while also increasing traffic to our Facebook page.
Our objective was to pick 10 members who had posted thoughtful comments about Gesa on our Facebook page and recognize them for their kind words. We hoped that if others saw how we recognized and rewarded members who made these types of posts on our page, that they would start posting positive feedback as well.
Gesa’s target audience for this campaign was Gesa members as well as members of the communities we serve. Although only our members can win our social media contests, our posts are often shared and seen by non-members on social media. Our goal was to recognize our members and make them feel special, with the hopes that they would share a picture of themselves with their box on social media for all to see.
Gesa’s members consist of individuals who live, work, worship, or attend school in the State of Washington.
