Firefly Credit Union
To help increase engagement among new members resulting in increased products, we created an onboarding matrix campaign. This matrix is used to educate new members on the vast products and services offered by the credit union.
Firefly’s target includes individuals that live, work, worship, attend school or volunteer in the Greater Twin Cities
Communities. This specific campaign targeted 3,600 members per household.
