LIFE is an acronym for Leader at Levels, Inspiration in the Community, Fundamental Product Knowledge, and Extraordinary Service. Through the annual LIFE Game Plan, our objective is to reinforce these values in all Credit Union Associates (Approx. 300). By having activities that require completion for each category of LIFE, we’re able to keep pace with technology and best serve our Members. Our goal was 100% completion of all LIFE modules and activities. We achieved a 99.3% completion rate. With the LIFE Game Plan, our culture continues to thrive as is evidenced by the fact that we won the Peter Barron Stark award for workplace excellence in 2016.
