It has been nearly a decade since Listerhill has rolled out a brand campaign. Since then, the organization has done a lot of growing. Not only have our assets doubled, but our target has become more refined, yet segmented and diverse.
Our objective is to become the primary financial institution of choice in our service area. Pursuant to this goal, our objectives include:
1. to position Listerhill (and its cooperative structure) as the socially responsible way to bank;
2. to highlight our products and services as a means to a better quality of life;
Our primary target for this brand campaign is 25-49 year-olds in our market area with the propensity to switch financial institutions.
Our secondary target is individuals who value locality and need a financial institution “on-deck.”
