Overall objectives for the new website included a device responsive layout, a visual re-alignment with the new updated brand, as well as a reorganization of information.
Measureable objectives included increasing the number of visits and visitors, drive traffic, engage prospects, generate leads, re-engage existing customers, reducing bounce rate, increasing the time spent on the site, improving domain authority, and enhancing current SEO rankings for important keywords.
The target audience consists of OMNI CCU members and prospects, which includes individuals who live, work, worship or attend school in Southwest Michigan counties. In addition, an OMNI CCU membership is available to individuals who live or work in the following Indiana counties: Elkhart, LaGrange and St. Joseph.
