Our Platinum Rewards Visa’s rewards programs were out of date, uncompetitive, and convoluted. As a result, we struggled with growth and engagement in our credit cards. As part of our Visa initiative, we introduced a new rewards program that offered a rich selection of rewards, a user-friendly redemption platform, and an overall enhanced member experience.
Our target audience was approximately 6,000 members with a Platinum Rewards Visa:
1. Members in the SkyOne Travel Rewards program
2. Members in the legacy program from ExtraAwards
3. Members in the legacy program from Score Card Rewards, whose credit cards are also processed offsite
