United Heritage Credit Union
United Heritage Credit Union’s primary objective with its year-end auto email was to drive leads to the Credit Union’s auto refinancing form. The Credit Union also wanted to increase funded loans via auto refinances, which driving traffic to the form enabled the Credit Union to do.
The target audience included members that did not have a loan with the Credit Union and had not recently been denied an auto loan from the Credit Union. Members also needed to have an email address on file with the Credit Union and be subscribed to marketing emails. With this criteria in place, the Credit Union was able to market to approximately 18,000 members.
