Listerhill Credit Union
Despite the movement of Listerhill Credit Union and other financial institutions toward online banking, mobile banking, and technology-driven solutions, only 29% of Listerhill’s 91,000 members use eStatements to review their account activity. For every member who receives paper statements, the credit unions spends an extra $10 per year in printing and processing fees.
In recent years, Listerhill has used digital advertising to communicate eStatements to members, such as digital signage, Facebook ads, and Online Banking messages. However, the eStatement adoption rate did not increase on a consistent basis.
Our objective was to get members who were more likely to sign up for eStatements (those already online using our Online Banking) to start using eStatements. The target group for this campaign was 17,000 members with Online Banking but not enrolled in eStatements.
