The main objective of this project was to increase the Credit Union's auto loan portfolio by 7%. The campaign encouraged members making auto loan payments to other financial institutions to refinance their auto loan or loans with Bangor Federal.
The target audience was 1,196 targeted members of Bangor Federal Credit Union who live, work, worship, or attend school in and other legal entities located in Penobscot, Hancock, and Waldo counties of Maine. 730 of these members were making ACH auto payments to another financial institution, and the remaining 466 were members making consistent, undefined ACH payments between $200-$600 to another financial institution.
