The objective of the in-branch merchandising program was to create authentic, brand-driven merchandising elements that reflect and enhance the new brand standards and create a dynamic and relevant in-branch member experience for target audiences.
Addition’s target audience encompasses 20-40 year-olds that are culturally diverse in their demographics. The target audience is comprised primarily of borrowers – people with first-time lending needs from beginning families, such as couples starting a family, to families with children looking for new vehicles, cars or planning for future education needs.
