After officially opening our doors as Clearwater Credit Union for the first time, we launched a robust campaign designed to build awareness for our new brand and educate members and non-members alike on our values-based banking approach. The creative for this campaign paid off the “Banking can be _____” messaging from an earlier campaign by completing the tagline (“Banking can be this good”) and backing it up with profiles of members whose banking experiences were distinctly shaped by our values. We minimized product-focused advertisements during this period and used retargeting approaches to maintain momentum, e.g., if a user clicked on a story about a small business we supported, they were eventually served advertisements for our business-loan products. Tactics included broadcast TV spots, radio spots, Facebook advertisements, Instagram advertisements, static display advertisements, pre-roll advertisements, in-branch signage, website landing pages, Facebook advertisements, and Instagram advertisements. https://clearwatercreditunion.org/forceforgood
