After officially opening our doors as Clearwater Credit Union for the first time, we launched a robust campaign designed to build awareness for our new brand and educate members and non-members alike on our values-based banking approach. Campaign tactics revolved around a set of videos profiling members whose banking experiences were distinctly shaped by our values. Together, the videos were used across broadcast TV, pre-roll advertisements, Facebook advertisements, and Instagram advertisements.
We currently serve a little over 50,000 members in seven counties across Western Montana. Most of our members (~35,000) reside in Missoula County, Montana, where we were founded and where most of our branches are located. Our members’ age demographics are: Under 18 (13%), 18-34 (33%), 35-55 (28%) and 55+ (26%).
