The objective of this campaign was to support 2019 auto originations and outstandings goals with a targeted Auto Loans pre-screen campaign. The goal of the campaign was to book 119 loans (or $2.75 million) by targeting 27,000 non-BCU members within our community charter with an auto refinance offer.
Historically, our auto loans pre-screen strategy has been to target credit-qualified BCU members to further engage them with the Credit Union. This was the first time we purchased credit bureau data for non-members within the community.
