CommonWealth Central Credit Union
The credit union had the same set of checking product offerings for many years. We set out to add a checking product that would be beneficial to members and attract new members to the credit union. The goals were to add active and profitable checking accounts and have a product that would drive in new memberships. Overall, the objective was to continue to build on existing member relationships and to bring in new member relationships.
The target audience for this campaign were existing members and non-members.
