The central objective of the website redesign was to encourage membership growth in its new markets, particularly amongst segments that share its values of Together, We Own; Together, We Empower; Together, We Include; and Together, We Matter.
Clearwater’s target audience consists of Montanans in Beaverhead, Deer Lodge, Granite, Lake, Missoula, Ravalli, and Silver Bow Counties who seek a financial partner that defines banking as a force for good. The website is not for people who are just looking for a generic bank account, and that’s ok — Clearwater is actively targeting people who want to be part of their mission, and its new site is designed to help those people know they’ve found their financial home.
